Teaching Physics Educator’s Seminar
This weekend seminar is designed to assist educators who
teach physics. The seminar is divided into teaching
content modules covering physics topics such as: Doppler,
bioeffects, foundational and relational mathematics,
transducers, artifacts, and more. In addition, structural
modules cover critical topics such as writing good exams,
motivating and preparing students to sit for the
credentialing exams, test taking strategies, incorporating
physics labs, and creating a focused and result oriented
syllabus. The format for these lectures provides an
opportunity for instructors from various programs to interact
and share best practices.
