Pegasus Lectures Community

At Pegasus Lectures, ultrasound education is all about reaching out to others, supporting projects in the ultrasound community and placing patients first in all that we do. Below are a few of the programs Pegasus has supported this past year:

Kevin Lynch, SFC (on the right end of the first row) is pictured here in Baghdad. Kevin contacted us because he wanted to study for his RVT exam while he was stationed overseas. So, Pegasus shipped complimentary educational materials to him while he was stationed in Iraq. Kevin said it was a great escape to immerse himself in studying.

Pegasus provided educational materials to a group of ultrasound professionals in Africa. Several sonographers were the first to be credentialed in Africa!

Pegasus Lectures has also provided support to economically challenged ultrasound students through a program called Project ARRIBA (Advanced Retraining and Redevelopment Initiative in Border Areas.) Project ARRIBA promotes a working partnership between community-based organizations, training institutions and private corporate partners. Project ARRIBA demonstrates the substantial social and economic benefits that can be achieved for those who otherwise would not have the opportunity. Project ARRIBA is working to change the economic and employment picture of under-served border communities.

As part of the ultrasound community, do you know of someone or a special situation that Pegasus should help support? If so, please let us know by e-mail or phone at info@PegasusLectures.com or 972.564.3056
