Marsha M. Neumyer, BS, RVT
CEO and International Director, Vascular Diagnostic Educational Services, Vascular Resource Associates, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

Marsha is a former assistant professor of surgery at Penn State's College of Medicine and director of the Vascular Laboratory Section of the Penn State Vascular Institute, Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. She currently serves as CEO and International Director of Vascular Diagnostic Educational Services and Vascular Resource Associates, offering national and international education and consulting services. She is recognized internationally as an educator and for her contribution to the field of noninvasive vascular technology. Ms. Neumyer is a past president of the Society for Vascular Ultrasound and a founding member of the Intersocietal Commission for Accreditation of Vascular Laboratories (ICAVL). She is a Fellow of the Society for Vascular Ultrasound, a Fellow of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM) and a past member of the AIUM Board of Governors. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography. She was the 1997 recipient of the Joan Baker Pioneer Award given by the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography and has received scientific and distinguished service awards from the Society for Vascular Ultrasound and from several international vascular organizations. Marsha has published over 80 juried manuscripts, 28 book chapters, 21 educational videos and has co-edited and co-authored multiple textbooks on vascular diagnostic techniques. Her editorial responsibilities include The Journal of Vascular Ultrasound, and The Journal of Diagnostic Medical Sonography, and The Journal of Clinical Ultrasound in Medicine.
