Dr. Kavitha Chintala attended Gandi Medical College in Andhra Pradesh, India and completed her residency in Pediatrics at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, Illinois, followed by a pediatric cardiology fellowship at Children's Hospital of Michigan, Wayne State University. She is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric cardiology and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American College of Cardiology, and the American Society of Echocardiography. Kavitha is a very dedicated lecturer and researcher who has responsibility for teaching medical students, residents, and cardiology fellows at the Wayne State University School of Medicine and Children's Hospital of Michigan.
