I attended Terry's seminar in Chicago 7 years ago when he was finishing his Echo CD. Using his case study CD was one of the best practice tools I used to pass my ARDMS Echo Exam.
I highly recommend anyone preparing to take and pass the exam on the first try to attend this great seminar and use his CD.
